Randy and Lisa Hobson’s story is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and the power of unity. Married in 2014, they brought two families together, creating a vibrant legacy of five children and twelve grandchildren.

Randy’s journey began at just 15 years old, detailing vehicles with passion and dedication. By 17, while still in high school, he took the bold step of starting his own business. In the early ’90s, he expanded his skill set to include Paintless Dent Repair, continually striving to grow and improve.

In 2015, Lisa joined him on this entrepreneurial journey, mastering Interior Repair and working alongside Randy as they traveled the country repairing hail-damaged vehicles. Lisa’s keen eye for organization soon became the backbone of their growing business, ensuring their operations ran smoothly as they assisted countless shops nationwide.

However, after four years of life on the road, Lisa recognized that her heart was drawn to a different kind of service. In 2019, she joined the local hospital, where she continues to make a difference every day. Her dedication to volunteering wherever there’s a need reflects her unwavering commitment to serving others.

Together, Randy and Lisa have built a life centered on love, resilience, and the desire to help others. Their journey reminds us that with hard work and a heart for service, challenges can be transformed into opportunities, and every step forward can inspire those around us.

Sheldon Kaye, hailing from Albuquerque, New Mexico, boasts over 16 years of experience in producing trade shows and events. His journey in automotive trade shows commenced with the SEMA Show in 2006. In 2018, he assumed leadership of the team behind Mobile Tech Expo, reveling in the industry’s passion and growth. In 2023, he inaugurated PDR Expo in Las Vegas, NV, and organized the Southern Detailer’s Conference until the unfortunate passing of Daryl Lions. Sheldon also cherishes his collaborative years with Kevin Halewood and is committed to preserving Kevin’s legacy through the Kevin Halewood Foundation.

Growing up in Louisiana, Sonya has always been a Southern girl. Her life journey truly began when she went to Oklahoma for college. It was there that she met the love of her life, Sid Emmert. They were married while in college. Sonya graduated, with a degree in business administration, ready to start her life alongside Sid.

Sid became a homebuilder. Together, they were able to invest in real estate, owning duplexes and immersing themselves in property management. While Sid crafted homes with his skilled hands, Sonya handled the bookwork.

Sonya felt truly fulfilled in life when they welcomed two beautiful daughters into their lives. Sonya found fulfillment in nurturing their family and actively participating in their children’s school and church activities.

In 2011, Sonya faced an unimaginable loss with the passing of Sid. Despite the heartache, Sonya displayed remarkable strength, carrying on their shared dreams and commitments. Honoring Sid’s legacy Sonya continued to keep Dentcraft Tools running cementing their mark in the industry.

Sonya remarried after Sid’s death and gained four stepchildren. Sonya enjoys singing, and using her voice in the church choir. Even in the sadness, Sonya was able to find joy again. Sonya has welcomed four beautiful grandchildren into her life from her daughters and eight more step grandchildren from her new husband’s family.

It has been thirteen years since Sid’s death. This year Sonya faced another profound loss with the passing of their first daughter to cancer, a reminder of life’s fragility. Through it all, Sonya remains strong, resilient, and unwavering in her faith. Their story is one of love, loss, and the unyielding spirit that continues to inspire all who are fortunate enough to know them.

Holly Davis, is the vigilant office manager and esteemed queen of Dentcraft Tools, a leading manufacturer of paintless dent repair tools. Since rising to her role alongside Sid Emmert in 2001, Holly has masterfully managed the company’s operations, ensuring seamless functionality. Her passion for paintless dent repair resonates deeply, aligning perfectly with the PDR industry’s rhythm. Under her leadership, Dentcraft Tools has thrived, solidifying its reputation for excellence. Long live the queen and her kingdom of PDR tools perfection!

Started dating 43 years ago… Married 39 years plus.

Craig and Lisa both in around the PDR Industry for almost 30 years. Lisa is also a retired school teacher as well and currently handles all wholesale accounts for AnsonPDR LLC .
Craig is a former PDR Hail Tech that is a full time employee of Anson as well.

Andrew began PDR in 2001. In 2004, he began chasing Hail and has since been to 9 different countries performing and teaching PDR techniques. Andrew is a board member for NAPDRT and was voted the MTE Tom Nations PDR Person of the Year in 2021. In 2010, Andrew began moderating the MTE International Dent Olympics. He is responsible for inventing the Dent Cannon used for multiple competitions around the world. Now, he, his family and team moderate multiple competitions for MTE in Orlando and PDR Expo in Las Vegas. He has also served as a judge in the PDR competition for IASRE- Japan. Andrew is recognized as an ARC Certified Master Technician and is IMI Electric Vehicle Certified. He holds certifications through Llumar, Suntek and System X as well.

Andrew and April met in 2002 and married in 2004. They have since traveled and worked together at storms around the US before settling in DFW in 2016. They opened Alliance Dent Repair, Inc. in Plano, Texas in 2018. In 2021, Anson PDR opened a satellite store inside Alliance Dent Repair.

Andrew & April met the Kevin Halewood Family when they got involved with MTE in 2010. In the years since, Kevin was a leader, mentor and friend. Both he and his family have made an undeniable impact in the industry and the lives of Andrew and April. They are honored to serve The Kevin Halewood Foundation and continue his legacy of leadership and community.
